Blackburn Center responds to the issues of physical and emotional abuse, sexual assault, sexual harassment, and child sexual abuse. All client services are free and confidential.
* Nine percent of murder victims in 2003 were killed by their spouse or intimate partner. Seventy-nine percent of those victims were female.
