Empathy Series

In 2019, we started to offer an empathy program for kids between kindergarten and third grade. This series, titled "How to Get Along with Others," took place at libraries across the region, as well as the Westmoreland Museum of American Art. The program included activities such as reading, worksheets, and yoga to help children recognize emotions in themselves and in others. The  goal of this program is to help prevent bullying and other forms of violence or abuse.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot provide these programs in person. We can make these same resources available virtually for parents, grandparents, educators and others to use with the kids in their lives.

Check out our videos below, and be sure to share them with your contacts. Click here for our Empathy Series brochure.  Come back often to see what else we have to offer!
