Events

Throughout the year, Blackburn Center sponsors and hosts events designed to gain support for our mission to end violence, and to raise awareness about these issues.  With your help, we can reach our goal of ending gender-based violence in our community!

Our signature event, Walk a Mile in Her Shoes®, takes place each April in Greensburg.  In 2025, over 800 people participated in the walk, carrying signs, wearing high heels, and signing the pledge to end gender-based violence.
